TERA [PS4/XB1] | The Ultimate Console Ninja Guide [Skills, Rotations, and Glyphs]
126I made this using PC tera for visual examples as I don't play ninja on ps4. All talk of gear and glyphs and what not is for current and coming PS4/XB1 tera.

Burning heart has 3 possible ticks of damage until rk9 patch, this means you need to tilt your camera up at a 45degree angle on bosses to get all 3 ticks.
One thousand cuts is only to be used as an iframe, it is not a dps skill. It should not be a part of your rotation.
Leaves on the wind every time the boss is walking away from you, or you need to walk away from the boss. Shuriken if LotW is on cooldown or you have time to throw both.
Save brooch for flaming ava always, rootbeer can be used on burninghearts when available.
