Now things are getting interesting with all the progress I was able to make recently. It may not look like a lot of change, but the effects that it is having is noticable. The downside is that no matter how good this tech can fly on it's own it still has to be able to tow body segments behind it which has been the issue so far.
I have been able to get the tech into the air while towing a number of segments, but it tends to be too much and pulls it back down to the ground.
I would really like to be able to tow 12 segments with one of them being a tail, but for that to happen I either need to modify the snakes head or the body segments. I think the body is the route I am going to take. It will be easier and less destructive to the look that I am after. The head will only get reworked if it is nessessary, but I don't think it will get to that.
I got a few more ideas for this build and a couple handy tricks that I could maybe use to make this work. Back to the build I go, Have a good one [8D)
