Supreme Calamitas is a post-Moon Lord boss that can be fought after defeating Jungle Dragon, Yharon, and intended to be fought around the same time as the Exo Mechs. She is currently one of the most challenging bosses in the Calamity Mod.
Defeating her will cause her to move in as a Town NPC, granting players access to the Enchantment mechanic.
The adult Eidolon Wyrm is a Superboss battled in the 4th layer of the Abyss. While it can be summoned at any time, it is intended to be fought after both the Exo Mechs and Supreme Calamitas have been defeated.
The adult Eidolon Wyrm does not spawn on its own and will spawn at any time if a player is affected with the Chaos State debuff (given by Rod of Discord, Normality Relocator, and similar items) while in any layer of the Abyss.
The adult Eidolon Wyrm is an aerial worm-like enemy with 42 segments in total. Its body and tail segments can neither take damage nor deal contact damage. Additionally, the head cannot take damage or deal contact damage unless it is fully visible. It performs a variety of attacks on a cycle, which changes slightly based on each phase transition. When transitioning between phases, the wyrm will choose the next attack in its next phase's cycle. Upon contact with the head, the player is inflicted with the Crush Depth debuff for 10 seconds.
When spawned, the adult Eidolon Wyrm will cause the world to rain.
Notes
Despite being vulnerable to Armor Crunch, Betsy's Curse, Kami Flu, and War Cleave, adult Eidolon Wyrm's damage reduction will not be reduced by these debuffs.
Additionally, its DR is reduced multiplicatively by 10% instead of 20% by Cursed Inferno.
The adult Eidolon Wyrm cannot be hurt by any attack that would deal more than 10% of its health in one hit, such as another mod's butcher function or an incredibly powerful weapon. When hit by such an attack, the damage is reduced to 0.
The adult Eidolon Wyrm's awakening depends only on whether or not the player has the Chaos State debuff while in the Abyss, and will therefore spawn if the player enters the biome with the debuff already applied, even if the Rod of Discord or other items which inflict Chaos State are not actually being used within the Abyss.
As a result, if the player has the Chaos State debuff and is in the Abyss when they kill the adult Eidolon Wyrm, it will immediately respawn.
The adult Eidolon Wyrm does not require Polterghast to be defeated in order to drop weapons. This means that, if the player has the strategy and the patience to do so, they can acquire those immensely powerful weapons only after obtaining a Rod of Discord at the beginning of Hardmode.
Enemies spawned by the adult Eidolon Wyrm do not drop items or coins.

Adult Eidolon Wyrm's theme is Threats of the Ocean Floor, which was made by the artist DM DOKURO.
If the Calamity Music add-on mod is disabled, Boss 3 will play instead.
An eidolon in Greek Literature is a spirit-like image of a person, either living or dead.
Its design is based on a creature from the aquatic exploration game Subnautica, known as the Ghost Leviathan. The original sprite was also a copy of the Ghost Leviathan's design.
The different life-stages makes this more evident, as there are both juvenile and adult Ghost Leviathans.
The Adult versions of both creatures share the similar purpose of preventing the player from doing something (Adult Ghost Leviathans protect the crater edge, while the adult Eidolon Wyrm prevents the player from using the Rod of Discord or other short ranged teleportation items).
The adult Eidolon Wyrm is a "Superboss" in this mod. In some RPG games, superbosses are extremely powerful enemies that are very challenging even if the player has endgame equipment.
The adult Eidolon Wyrm could be considered the Calamity Mod version of the Dungeon Guardian since both are extremely strong enemies that are intended to prevent the player from performing a certain action.
Prior to the 1.3.4.001 update, the adult Eidolon Wyrm had the highest health of any NPC in the mod, with a whopping 30,000,000 health.
Prior to the 1.5.0.001 update, the adult Eidolon Wyrm used to be considered a Mini boss.
