My world is back!

A while ago when my Shadows of Abaddon world was corrupted, I pretty much lost all motivation to play Terraria. I stopped for a few months, hence why there’s been tons of Pokémon uploads from me. I’ve only played a little bit of modded with some friends since then. Recently, I had the urge to try and pick up where I left off in SoA. I first tried to see if my world would work, and what do you know? It did! I don’t know by what miracle it happened but it made my job a hell of a lot easier and let me continue my playthrough.

I realized after doing this fight that my version of TMod was not up to date, so if there’s been any changes to this boss since the version I’m playing (check) then I didn’t show them.

Erazor put up a good fight. Being the first Expert Mode exclusive boss, that’s expected. He wasn’t as difficult as Araghur or the Siblings, but he did manage to kill me a little over half a dozen times before I knocked him down. He has a lot of cool/weird mechanics that I couldn’t really figure out. There’s the display in the top middle of the screen that fills up, but all I could figure out was that one drops whenever he heals. He also has an attack that is a guaranteed hit on you (no its not, youre just dumb sam), that he didn't use on this attempt. It's an attack where he traps you and curses you and then summons huge laser portals. There's also an attack in which he summons tons of spheres which if you don't destroy them in time you take tons of damage, I had never seen that one as of this battle so when he used it I was off screen the whole time. Other than that I think everything was shown.

I’ll give a quick shoutout to the Exitum Lux Armor, it’s a pretty neat concept and I think it’s a big part of the reason I won in so few attempts. With it, my damage and crits were through the roof, just the way I like it. It was a huge grind getting good enchantments on it but it wasn’t that bad since you can break down the shards and remake them. I’m not sure if it will stack up to Asthraltite Armor but it will serve me well until I can get it.

I’m sorry for not uploading SoA for so long, demotivating isn’t fun. I hope I didn’t keep you waiting too long and I hope you’ll tune in for the final boss next time!
