The Tesla referral program will end on Feb 1. In this video I discuss why I think the program is no longer needed and probably a good thing that Tesla is ending the program. Giving out free Roadsters is not economical. I truly believe the car sells itself and existing owners and content creators will continue to help push sales even without rewards.
