Test Drive 5 Gameplay By First Werawat
Test Drive 5 is a racing game developed by Pitbull Syndicate and published by Accolade for PlayStation and Windows in 1998, and by Capcom in Japan in 1999.
Gameplay
The Game iterates on Its predecessor's Gameplay , Featuring illegal Street Racing dodging traffic, and Evading the police
The highlight of this game is that players can enjoy both normal racing in various cups, Drag Race, and also play as a policeman like in the game Need For Speed. The competitor of Test Drive 5 is the game Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit. However, Test Drive 5 cannot tune cars. However, Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit can tune cars. The tracks in Test Drive 5 are based on the real world. As for Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit, the race tracks are fictional. Most of the cars in Test Drive 5 are American sports cars, British sports cars, and Japanese sports cars, with only Nissan as the brand. As for Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit, most of the cars in the game are European sports cars and American sports cars. Compared to the two games that I played, I like Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit more because Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit can tune cars. Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit is more fun and exciting. But the disadvantage of this game is that the game can only customize cars by changing the color of the car to the color of the car manufacturer. In the game Test Drive 5, if the police encounter an AI car, they will force us to stop by Auto and take no more than 1 second to run again. This game, the driving physics are not very good. It may be a bit stiff. If you don't drive well, you can crash into it. And we are forced to crash. Whenever the Bot AI car crashes, it's like the game system is forcing us to crash into it. This game has a Jaguar XJ220 car. The developer wrote the wrong car data Spac. The Jaguar XJ220 engine is a V6 3500CC, not a V12 4700CC. It shows that the game development team at that time messed with it. Police chase mode, catch all the AI cars. The game system doesn't let you finish the race. You must reach the finish line first. But in Need For Speed, play as a policeman and catch all the AI cars. The game system will end the race in Auto mode.
As for the car I use, in Cup mode, I use the Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 because it replaces the dream car model that I like, which is not in the game. I use the Jaguar XJ220 instead because the game developer wrote the wrong Spac data for the Jaguar XJ220. The Jaguar XJ220 engine is a V6 3500CC, but in the game it is written as a V12 4700CC. This game developer really messed up. So I use the Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 because the 6-cylinder engine sounds fierce and exciting, and the Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 is my favorite car in the game Test Drive 5.
As for the car I use in the police chase mode, I use TVR Cerbera Speed 8 because the sports car is beautiful and cool. Its shape is similar to a supercar. I like the image of TVR and TVR Cerbera Speed 8 is my favorite police car in Test Drive 5.
As for the car I use in Drag Race mode, I use Dodge Viper SR II because it replaces the Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 which is too slow and sluggish. If I force myself to use Nissan Skyline GT-R R33, I might lose. So as not to repeat with other car models, I replace it with Dodge Viper because the game system only has British Gran Tourer cars, American sports cars, and Nissan Skyline GT-R R33. And I choose Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 as AI car for Drag race. The car I choose to drive is Dodge Viper SR II because I like the V10 engine. The sound is brutal and exciting.
