There is something so satisfying about just standing there as a monster attacks, shield raised and just not even flinching. Just to fire back with a lance strike and blast.
Especially when your wearing something that might as well be power armor by the looks of it.
Even if the Female version really cuts down on the "Heavy" part of Heavy armor.
