Remember the time when android got a multiplayer beta test but iOS didn't? Now both platforms can join the multiplayer together. For a limited time Feral put an early access multiplayer version of this game that everyone can download for free. If you haven't experienced the game yet and wants to try this game, I guess now's the time for it...?

So far the experience on this game is great. Multiplayer works exactly like the PC version, although the lobbies are limited to 6 players instead of 12. So usually you might see some empty lobbies due to people quitting halfway or getting kicked before race starts.

Right now there are Street and Endurance disciplines for people to try. Feral said that the disciplines will rotate at some point so that people will try to experience all of the disciplines. Types of races available are Race, Time Attack and Endurance.

i'm quite concerned on how people will play this though. I have been playing for about 35 races so far, and most of them I came up first. I feel like there is some advantage for people using controllers than using the provided mobile controls. Usually when I spectate others most of them are already busted up on their bodies and turn very slowly on corners due to assists. If you are a good driver, don't forget to go to difficulty in options and change handling assist to simulator or simulator pro as this will disable auto braking on corners and handling assists (I don't blame you if you can't control your car without these assists, just that the races are quite boring when everybody else suck). Also, if you are a controller guy like me, gamepad options are not synced for base game and multiplayer, so you have to adjust it before jumping into a race.
