Testing Out The New VRCover Accessories For The Oculus Quest And Playing Some Pinball FX2 VR
Today I am testing out some new accessories for the Oculus Quest from VRcover and playing one of my favorite time passing VR games, Pinball FX2 VR.
Recently I received several new accessories for the Quest that included a plastic new facial interface, a standard(thin) and comfort (thick) face pads, A nice thick pad for the back of the headset, a couple of pillow case soft cloth covers and an awesome new black version of the original VRcover T-shirt.
I think the one thing that made the biggest difference for me was the back padding. By simply adding this padding to the back triangle of the Quests head strap it instantly made the headset fit better! Now the weight feels more evenly distributed and the headset has a better grip on the back of my head which helps to stop it from sliding forward due to it's front heaviness.
All of these accessories were great quality as was expected coming from VRcover and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to increase the comfort levels of the Oculus Quest!
As for the game I chose to play Pinball FX2 VR. I have to admit this game has always been one of my go-to experiences when I am just looking for something to kill a bit of time in VR. Over the years Zen Studios has really delivered with a game that keeps growing and is just great! the graphics are awesome and all of the little animations going on around the players are really cool!
You can grab everything from VRcover with the exception of the back padding which is not yet available for purchase here:
