VR RTS Games Look Amazing With Wide FOV - Playing StarBlazer In The Pimax 5K+
OK.. So last night I finally broke down and tried StarBlazer and ya know what, I'm glad I did! Several subscribers had mentioned this game to me over the past few months and I even met the Devs out at PAX East this year but I was still reluctant to play it because quite frankly RTS is not my favorite style of gameplay but lately I will admit that VR is changing that!
Overall the game is your typical RTS where players are tasked with building up their fleets and then taking them into battle against other players or AI Bots. Currently I could only find the option to play against the AI but it did say that the Campaign and matchmaking were "Coming Soon" so hopefully we will get the ability to play non AI opponents in a future update.
The graphics and audio were decent but nothing mind blowing there, however I really liked the level designs of which there are currently 4 arenas in which to do battle in.
So I have to say this was a game that surprised me and I had a lot of fun playing it.... I will for sure be keeping my eye on this one and look forward to seeing it developed further!
StarBlazer is currently in Early Access and is %40 off at a low price of just $2.99 so if you are an RTS fan or just like watching miniature scale space battles then you should give StarBlazer a look! You can grab a copy here:

It would be much appreciated and if you donate $10 or more you will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Oculus store gift card at the end of this month so thanks for helping out and best of luck!
