Final Go Fund Me Update And Drawing For The $100 Oculus Store Gift Card!
17So Today is finally the day we draw to pick a winner in the GoFundMe contest I have been running here on the channel. I want to sincerely thank and also congratulate Adam Meisch for being the lucky winner of the $100 Oculus store gift card!
Unfortunately we fell short of the intended goal of raising enough money to purchase a Valve Index for the channel but after reading some initial reviews and talking to a few trusted advisers I feel OK with that now as I don't think the Index would have offered a true generational leap in VR tech.
So with this in mind and with the blessing of the people who backed this campaign I would like to shift the funds raised towards getting the Index controllers to use with my Pimax 5K+ and then use the remainder of the money to help with renovations in the new studio space.
So that's it and I again want to thank all of you who pitched in to help me out at a time of need.... This truly meant a lot to me and I love you all so much! Thanks for all the support and I will see you all in the Meta-Verse! []-)
