World of Warplanes es un juego free to play de combates aéreos de tipo MMO. Es un juego de acción creado por Wargaming, basado en la Época dorada de aviación militar. El Curtiss F11C Goshawk fue un avión de caza biplano naval estadounidense que tuvo un éxito limitado. Era parte de la larga línea de aviones Curtiss Hawk construida por la Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Company para las fuerzas armadas estadounidenses.

The Curtiss F11C Goshawk was an American naval biplane fighter aircraft that met with limited success. It was part of the long line of Curtiss Hawk aircraft built by the Curtiss Airplane and Motor Company for the US military.
The only US Navy units to operate the F11C-2 were the famous "High Hat Squadron", VF-1B, aboard the aircraft carrier Saratoga, and VB-6, briefly assigned to the Enterprise. In March 1934, when the aircraft were redesignated BFC-2, the "High Hat Squadron" was renamed VB-2B, and then VB-3B, retaining its BFC-2s until February 1938. VB-6 never actually embarked on the Enterprise with the BFC.3 bombers
