EDIT: the year to set the clock is 2000, not 2001, the code and binaries were revised to take this into accoutn so it's not confusing.

This is a video tutorial about the new RNG seed finder proof of concept I made for Pokemon Colosseum. Knowing the seed will allow, through the assistance of a program, to pseudo manipulate the IV of the starter in the game, know the likelyhood of getting good starters and the ability to change this likelyhood by purposively advancing RNG.
