This video explains in details everything that was found about a bug with the baby van car, the one you have to ram into in the third mission of the Apu level. Basically, you have a 50/50 chance to either get normal driving of the van, or a driving that involves oversteering everywhere and is mostly characterized by a bunch of zig zags on straight lines.

It is a VERY interesting but, one that was the result of the combination of 2 very distinct and small mistakes the development team made and the mystery went unsolved for years until very recently.

NOTE: I recorded this late at night with someone sleeping near, sorry if I sound quiet.
