Finally got these animation motions and skysa and requirements to work also started modding SSE from scratch and now I have great framerate IDK what caused it. Im using dual wield unlocker and monster hunter dual blades moveset. I still have more to learn as my left hand would block while attack would cause me to use both hands . maybe this is how its supposed to work.
