Tetris and Dr. Mario, as its name implies, combines the two games into one. Two of the longest-lasting games ever, combined into one cartridge. The results are epic. There is no doubt that this game will last you a long, long time. The two games may share their simple premises, but they have very different sensabilities--Tetris requires little thought compared to Dr. Mario, but has far more possibilities and variety due to the amount of pieces. Dr. Mario requires relentless planning and strategy, as it's easy to surround a virus with a huge chunk of pills, but with the slightly drab and unvaried pieces it can get slightly tiresome. Overall, Tetris is better for people craving action, while Dr. Mario is for those brainy folks who like to use their brains.
