It's time for some Tetris. I talk about my views on court reform. The ideas on reforming our courts aren't new and they've been discussed by whichever party is out of power time and again. Judges not having a retirement age, judges needing term limits, etc. have been discussed by both sides at various times.

I raise a different question: Why should judges, who are completely insulated from any real-world problems, decide what laws are Constitutional? Should people who live with instant police protection be deciding what guns people who live 2 hours from the nearest police car have?

Should people who will never have to worry about whether or not their water is clean tell the government what laws they can make to keep the water clean?

I say no. Time to have juries decide these questions.
