Tetris Attack (SNES) - Part 4 - Stage Clear (1/3)
Time to play this game's 'Action Mode'. Stage Clear is basically the Endless form to play this puzzle game translated into stages. Play normally until a certain amount of blocks (or panels) have been cleared and move on to the next while it gets progressively harder the further you get. And it's the first mode that requires a little bit more attention than just one episode. Still not as long as first thought it would be 🤣, but still...
Tetris Attack is the western localization of the famous Japanese puzzle game Panel de Pon. Nintendo and Intelligent Systems were afraid this game wouldn't sell to well with its original cast in the west, so they brought Yoshi in as a mascot after the big success of Yoshi's Island. And luckily they did, because the Yoshi's Island theming fits this game like a glove. Panel de Pon takes a different take on the original Tetris and turned it into something a lot more wild. With fast-paced, action-packed high speed puzzling with beautiful design, characters we all love and amazing music this game is always a party to play. In this Let's Play I will cover and complete all the different modes this game has offer.
