Ever since 2019, I've been obsessed with the concept of Master mode. Maneuvering high gravity with a speed curve was always fun. I played Extreme on nullpomino when I couldn't play TE, and would watch Greentea's many Master clears. Ever since I was able to play Master, I would slowly improve my speed with the mode. I never had the intention to clear it, simply because it seemed so outlandish to play at those speeds.

I remember being locked behind M20 for over a year, which is probably the biggest barrier for casual players. Getting past that was so satisfying. I then set my sights on the full clear, and for a while that's all I'd really wanted to go for.

Ever since TE:C came out, though, I'd learn that there's so much more to the game that I could do. Getting a Kirbtris, joining multiple tournaments and meeting new friends. It turned into participating in the largest scale Tetris tournament to date, getting second place in a world championship, getting a world record for seven hours, joining the ranks of many players that I looked up to. I did things in this game that I never thought I would.

And now, that finally includes Master mode. Something I never thought I could do. It moved me to tears after this highlight ended.

Thanks to everyone who has joined me on my journey so far. What I thought would be my ultimate goal has turned into a pathway towards even greater endeavors.
