4Firetrap, originally an arcade title developed by Data East in 1986 and ported to the ZX Spectrum by Electric Dreams Software. You play a firefighter scaling a blazing skyscraper. Your mission? Extinguish flames, dodge hazards and rescue trapped civilians and animals along the way. This is a perfectly fine conversion but the controls feel clunky and the difficulty level ramps up to near impossible on the later levels, rendering it a fiery frustration of a game.
