N.E.X.O.R., developed by Design Design Software and released in 1986, is an 3D isometric arcade adventure. Set in a sprawling multi-level complex overrun by invaders, you play as the head of security tasked with reassembling a doomsday weapon called Nemesis. Blah blah blah! collect all the pieces blah blah blah! save the world in time, you know the usual stuff.
This looks great, it has some nice monochrome graphics but the opening screen exemplifies the issues, a precarious catwalk over a bottomless pit that sends you plummeting repeatedly, testing patience more than skill. For hardcore isometric fans only.
