Due to my previous video, (Agent Smith #3) getting a copyright claim blocking the video in many countries, which forced me to erase sound from nearly half the video, i decided to upload my Gangplank gameplay to compensate.

His mobility is rope.

ALT-Fire out of water and in mid-air to activate.
CROUCH to reel down.
ALT-Fire to reel up.
JUMP to cancel.


On rage, he gains uber, 3 clips of a loose cannon with large explosion radius and overlays for 2 seconds. (Why the overlay? i don't know honestly, it literally shows a slighty stretched image of him.)
