Everyone who is sniping endlessly in the backfield needs to be mercilessly killed over and over again until they learn to move. I also wonder why newbies gravitate so strongly to the High Skill Floor class of Sniper, and not the classes with Low Skill Floors, like Heavy, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, etc. (Also, by Skill Floor, I mean minimum skill required to have some value to your team, some of these, like Soldier, have very high skill ceilings).
Top Tip: Want to be useful for your team? Get to the frontlines, at least then you can draw fire from more useful people while charging your bodyshots.
