Yes. DeGroot Keep is about the only place where a Valve Server will actually have a chance of being on balanced teams. Even then, you sometimes get the team that has no idea what the 3rd point is.

Top Tip: If you insist on being a Sniper, move around. Don't just stand in the Sniper Spot and be useless. At least if you are in the field you may draw fire from someone useful.
