One of the best usabilities of the spy. Being able to block the bomb path you can basically have unlimited time to clear a wave.
Blocking the bomb carrier standing below it on the bomb hatch is the safest way. If your team don't kill the bomb carrier before killing everything else and the wave doesn't have any tanks, it's a garanteed victory (unless you move or die, of course, so teamwork is important).
