TF2 Scout MvM Max Run Speed

To avoid people suggesting alternate ideas or things I’ve missed, here’s everything you need to know first:
The video on the left uses the stock scattergun, and no movement speed upgrades
The video on the right uses the baby face blaster with a full boost meter and the movement speed upgrade at the max level
Both attempts were done on the same map, the only difference in the conditions being that the baby face blaster attempt was done mid wave in order to obtain the boost.
The Concheror does not stack with the BFB, since scout is already at his maximum movement speed. This also applies to the disciplinary action.
It is possible to receive a speed boost using a ‘return to spawn’ canteen, however this functions similarly to a disciplinary action speed boost so I would assume it doesn’t stack with it. It also sets the meter to 0, meaning you would need to deal damage immediately out of spawn.
