[TF2 Stream] - R/TF2, MvM Try Hards, And Why You Shouldn't Spend Money On TF2
9Couple of team fortress 2 bits where I talk about some of the most common posts on the team fortress 2 subreddit R/TF2 and how bad the weapon suggestions can be. Eventually we deep dive in the Mvm try hards and ponder why a group of people decided to waste hours of there lives generating a list of pyro mains for side content.
Then comes the big debate about TF2 and whether or not you should support it by buying items, keys, tickets, etc. I think I did a poor job explaining in this cut up video, but I still think that in order to see any real change in tf2, players need to STOP buying things and encourage valve to update the game in order to get people to buy keys, tickets, whatever AFTER they've made the changes we DESPERATLY NEED.
I'd like to do a more in-depth video explaining my thoughts on valve and why tf2 doesn't get updates from a game devs perspective but for now a badly cut up video that sorta kinda not really explains my thoughts will have to do!
Also I think I came across a little harsh on tf2 trading websites like scrap.tf. I still think the sites themselves are fine to use but like I said the more keys/tickets that get bought, the more valve gets money and assumes that while players want updates, they'll still spend tons of money on the game... so why even bother updating it? I think the main problem is the bots and heavy traders that are spending thousands a day on keys/tickets for trades that are the problem rather then the websites themselves.
