2023 has been a HUGE year for VR! Looking back at it now it's quite clear that this will go down as one of the best years for VR gaming, we've had new VR headsets from Sony, Meta & more, we've had HUGE established IP arriving for VR gamers for the first time (Assassins Creed, PowerWash, LEGO, Ghostbusters), we've had a 10/10 game score awarded by IGN and we've had a game of the year nominee ported officially into VR... it has been CRAZY. Between the launch of the Quest 3, the PSVR2 and all the incredible games for every VR platform going, I have been very busy this year plugging away with tonnes of new VR games and experiences, I haven't felt bored or fed up with the medium at all during these 12 months and sitting down to compile my top 10 VR games of 2023 has been HARD... These are the best VR games 2023 delivered to me personally, obviously this list is subjective and includes my own tastes and opinions but after reviewing everything I've played this year I would say these are the best VR games of the year.
