The 4-1 Drone Room frustrations....

Lot of attempts with these two before this; Ella and I are trying to get Lorenzo through the map. All mostly ending the exact same way, for the same reasons... There's other issues here, like always playing the same cards, regardless of advice, or always handling the Synth room the same way... Mostly venting. The struggle here is real....

To handle the Drone Room:
1. Group up before you enter it. (Do this fast, as you're going to get punishment spawns dicking around on the stairs on Insane.)
2. As a group, run through the Drone Room.
3. If the Drone doesn't spawn, great. It'll spawn on your way back. Same process then.
4. If the Drone spawns, since you're all moving as a group and running, no one is left behind. This is key. Do not string yourself out. One player drops a Cryogrid in the hallway leading to the next area.
5. If the next area hallway is the stairs, don't go too far up them, as there's often a Prowler or two waiting.
6. Turn around. The Drone and a bunch of Runners and maybe some Bursters or Prowlers will be caught in the Cryogrid. Proceed to murder them all, ideally without letting the Drone get away.
7. If you let the Drone get away, stay away from the vents or the landings on the stairs. Inside the doorway is a good place to wait for it to come back, I find. Then run to make it get caught in the Cryogrid again, and kill it.
8. Kill the Prowlers if they're there.
9. Congrats. The room most people fuck up is done.

The best way to ensure victory in 4-1 on Insane is:
1. Bring at least 6 Cryogrids, between everyone on the team. Assessment drones are helpful too. Turrets I guess. You'll be using a cryo in the Drone Room, in every turret Room generally(2 total per run: a warrior in each), and you can use 1-2 more in the last room(praetorians, drones or warriors), and the last as needed.
2. There are a couple parts of 4-1 that are ammo-sparse. I'm not going to go into that here, but Techs are good about ammo usage. Recons obviously help. Ammo Hoarder cards help. Using your sidearm where you can to conserve ammo between ammo boxes is helpful. The Laser Pistol has infinite ammo though isn't a strong weapon. Abilities don't use ammo. Some weapons have more ammo than others available to them.
3. You don't need to glitch the door and hold it in the Synth room. You can handle it from up top, using shock turrets you get in the crates there, and an Assessment Drone. A Cryogrid if you really need it. Prioritize killing Wardens, as their grenades will kill your turrets.
4. Don't dick around and stop moving. Punishment spawns are a real threat. Stairs are dangerous. When you're between rooms, GO! If you're backing up in the map unless you're trying to avoid death right then in front of you, you are Doing It Wrong. FORWARD!
5. Each room you enter, know what you should generally be doing in it, and do that quickly.

Anyway, some frustration and venting here. Some education. There were a lot of attempts before these recordings...
