For the longest times, there's been a meme war raging on Reddit, Twitter, 9gag and platforms like ifunny. But why do so many non Americans feel the urge to hate the USA? Why is America bashing a thing? Are they all just Russian bots? Is it the Chinese spy balloon's fault? The most common form of such memes is to pair the catchphrase America F' Yeah! with a picture showing America in an overly negative light. Of course America Bashing is a widespread meme that predates the Internet and as such its origin is difficult, if not impossible to determine. But let's try to give it some context.
