The Animal Alphabet Book By Bobbie Craig From Ladybird books1987

*This was the most time i have ever spent on one of these* The short "story" is that time has not been kind to this cassette and the sound is now distorted. After doing some research i read some good advise that suggested fast forwarding the cassette many times on both sides to loosen up the tape inside as it can be wound to tight (can't we all) so after doing this 20 + times i did notice a dramatic change. I captured it as best as i could then painstakingly going through and fixing what i could with tricks and software etc. I am proud to have (for the most part) saved this cassette but most importantly this story that can be enjoyed by everyone. This recording is by no means perfect, there are still a lot of flaws but believe me if i uploaded the original sound file you all would scream, ehh maybe at Halloween lol thank you so much guys!! :)

*DISCLAIMER*
I converted this audio cassette to a digital file and I tried my best to capture the audio as clean as i could. I then scanned the pages from the book so as the viewer could read along and also see the beautiful illustrations. I have owned these books and cassettes since i was a small child of 4 or 5 years old. My father would bring them home from time to time much to my delight and i cannot express how much i adored them. I would play them for hours, becoming totally immersed with the amazing sound effects, music, illustrations and narration. I would even listen to them from time to time in my older years but alas my cassette player died and i packed them all in a box and forgot about them for more than 20 years. Recently i saw a new model retro cassette player. I bought it to relive these classics and upon doing so was struck with the notion to upload them so people could relive their childhoods and so that new younger generations could be introduced to such amazing works, who knows it may help spark the imagination of some amazing authors. By not playing with these cassettes too much over the years they for the most part play fine. I have started this new project with nothing but the best intentions. I ONLY want these amazing stories and illustrations to live on and i DO NOT want to receive any kind of ad revenue for doing this project. The rights belong to the amazing people who helped create these wonderful stories. I only wish to share them at the best possible quality i can. If i find a way to upload better quality versions in the near future then i will do so. Thank you to everybody who appreciates these amazing books and cassettes and i hope for those of you who have listened before a wonderful journey back to where it all began and to those who are only discovering these stories now i say Welcome.
