Company culture is everything. The book that I'm going to write on culture and how to build a company on humans, not CFO cash tactics---is going to be my legacy. It's everything to me, as an operator I'm all EQ vs IQ. Way too many people make decisions based upon their budget, if we have more money why don't we just hire another videographer or designer? It's a financial decision. All of my decisions for hiring and firing is emotional.
