16 Signal Regiment are in the final stages of their mission specific training ahead of their deployment on Operation Herrick 16.

During their time in Afghanistan they will be responsible for communications across theatre, juggling the roles of signaller and soldier.

Forces News cameras caught up with them during Exercise Roman Pashtun at Javellin Barracks.
