The Battlefield V K31 vs Real Life (4K/60FPS)
In this video, I compare the K31 in Battlefield V to the real Swiss military rifle. Shooting footage was recorded at 4K/60FPS.
The K31 was the latest standard issue carbine developed for the Swiss military when it was initially fielded in the 1930s. Related to the Schmidt-Rubin pattern of straight-pull rifles dating back to 1889, the K31 was an update to the K11 carbine, featuring an improved action that moved its locking lugs from the middle to the front of the bolt, strengthening its lockup and improving accuracy.
These rifles are considered to be among the most accurate military rifles of the WWII era and are machined with an insanely high level of quality; if K31s were made today they would easily cost at least $2,500 to $3,000.
They are climbing in price because people know what they are now and realize that they are great military surplus rifles. I'm glad I got mine when I did.
