Zetsubou no Shima is another very controversial map in the Zombies canon: the atmosphere is as masterful as every other Black Ops 3 map, and the story beats it hits are both disturbing and emotionally touching. But ask most players about it today, and all they remember is the 20 minutes it takes to turn power on, or how half your time is spent "gardening." Let's take a look at why the developers designed the map the way they did, and what it does right.
