The Best and Only Real Pull Up Strength Tutorial
No matter what sport you do a pull up is a basic calisthenic strength skill you should be able to do for better athletic performance. We always start with the human first which means what did we Evolve to do and from. We climbed, crawled, swam, we played we are a diverse movement species.
This tutorial helps with fundamental protocols in isolating vertical pulling strength . If you don't have a set of gymnastics rings or a pull up bar you can do the same protocol with a branch from a tree, the underside of a stairwell, a second story ledge or under a bridge...
