The Best Double Pedal Exercise - if you only have 3 minutes
I highly recommend this double pedal exercise if you are on a tight schedule and still want to progress consistently. Sometimes life gets in the way and I'm unable to practice a full routine, but I still opt for this exercise, doing it for 3 minutes. It involves changing muscle groups, from slow and fast constantly switching form 8ths toa 16ths, involves a basic backbeat so you tighten your double pedal groove coordination, and when you do it for 3 minutes, gives you an endurance component.
