In today's video, we're diving into the rarest perks in Dead by Daylight – the ones almost no one uses. Why? Because they are trash.
I’m all about squeezing maximum value from them with creative synergies.

Did you know Quentin has a perk with the absolute lowest pick rate in DBD? Yep, it’s called Pharmacy, and only 0.09% of players use it! So, what does Pharmacy?
When you’re injured, Pharmacy lets you open chests 80% faster and guarantees you a green med-kit. Sounds decent, right? But here’s the catch – opening a chest takes time, and time in DBD is everything.
That’s why I’ve paired it with some perks to cover its downsides and increase its potential:
Specialist: Every time you loot a chest, you get a token. Each token reduces generator repair charges by 4%.
Appraisal: This perk lets you search the same chest twice! Double the loot, double the value for Specialist.
Plunderer’s Instinct: With this, chest auras are revealed to you, so there’s no wasting time searching for them.
With this setup, we're going to get maximum value out of Pharmacy, I'm sure you will be surprised by the result. Let's jump into the action!
Mr. Ace Visconti – the survivor that all killers hate! Ace also has one of the most useless perks in Dead by Daylight. Up The Ante – a perk that boosts your luck by 3%. Sounds pretty underwhelming, right?
Luck in DBD only increases your chances of unhooking yourself, and 3% isn't enough. But here’s where the fun begins.
To make this perk actually work, I’m pairing it with a couple of spicy additions:
Vigo’s Jar – This offering boosts our luck even more.
And with Slippery Meat we will get three extra self-unhook attempts.
The result? Six attempts to unhook yourself, giving us a much higher chance to make It work.
