This Fallout 4 Quest Mod has it all; ghosts, choices, a spooky island on the Atlantic coast, and a good helping of history. It manages to add a small but very focused addition to the base Fallout 4 game while also feeling very "Fallout". Boon Island is a new world space about the size of Sanctuary that adds a brand new location, a short but involved quest, a new settlement to build and the ability to repair the buildings already on the island. It's a settlement mod, a story mod, and a new location all rolled into one and it's one of the best Fallout mods of all time.

I love this mod so much. It's by far my favourite Fallout 4 Quest mod I've played so far, even beyond things like Sim Settlements 2 or the Thuggyverse mods.
