Fallout 4 Mods aren't always fun; sometimes they're sort of boring and empty. This particular mod is one of the latter. While we wait for Bethesda Game Studios to announce something about Fallout 5, we have tons of mods for the Fallout games of recent years to explore, both good and bad. This is one of the bad ones.

Fallout Vermont is a new world Fallout 4 Mod that takes the Fallout universe to a fictional version of the State of Vermont. It includes a loose story and lots of feral ghoul shooting action. The feral ghouls in particular are played up in the mod description as being a larger part of the mod but this is only in theory rather than in practice.

So, it was a bad time overall; I did my best to go back and fix it with more mods, making up for the shortcomings of the original experience by augmenting some of the things I thought it needed to feel engaging enough to play. The below are the mods used during the filming of this video, including all the Fallout 4 Weapon Mods shown on screen.

Fallout Vermont is the type of Fallout 4 Mod known as a "New Lands" Mod. This sort of mod seeks to add a brand new exterior worldspace to the game for players to explore. These types of Fallout 4 mods can vary wildly in quality but generally tend to be fairly streamlined and well thought out in scope and vision. This is not the case for Fallout Vermont, as you'll see in this video.
