The Best Heroes to use in Call of Duty: Heroes
11In Call of Duty Heroes, these are the two best low level heroes in my opinion for attacking any base. It's not that other heroes are not useful, but Price and Harper have the most consistently effective abilities for most strategy. Call of Duty heroes is a multiplayer iphone strategy game.
