[Here's a weird release: a EU/US-only sequel to a Japan-only game released in a span of a few months. Many sources claim that Towards the Future is a localized version of the original Ultraman title, but they are in fact different games developed by different devs. Not to mention, the original Ultraman was just an arcade port, whereas this one is a completely original game (they both suck, don't play them). Why Bandai commissioned a sequel instead of localizing then-still-quite-recent game for the Western markets is beyond me.]
