Everyone needs high quality metal in Rust for upgrading your base, crafting gear, guns, etc. And there are a lot of great ways to do it, but they depend heavily on where you live and what you can manage. Some of my favorite options include diesel and quarries, abandoned military base, or sometimes just smacking road signs to recycle. Also if I'm close enough to launch I like to take advantage of the quiet times after brad is taken to farm the wreckage and grab other boxes.
