The Big Problem with Minecraft 1.19...
4My issues with Minecraft 1.19 (The Wild Update) stem from trying to give a massive update in small installments, resulting in lowered hype, cutting down on expectations, and even shelving features. They put out an incomplete 1.17 with a couple of mobs and blocks which effectively did nothing in survival, followed it up with the main bulk of the update, which was good, and took a whole two years to add the main feature, the deep dark cities and the Warden. While all of these features turned out great, the execution of the updates, and how they left the community feeling, were some of the worst Mojang has ever done, ignoring 1.9.
Minecraft 1.19 introduces the Warden, the Deep Dark, and Ancient Cities, adding onto the Caves and Cliffs update which introduced new mountains and caves to Minecraft, along with the goat and axolotl.
