Never been a big fan of items like the virus, e coli and the midas touch, i'm sure that there are plenty of good synergies and great uses for them but Ive still for the most part just found them encouraging me to play in a way that hurts me more than helps usually. Mysterious liquid is also an ok second item for the run helps a bit but the next item is kinda cool, with dead bird at least being the one item that triggers on you getting hit that I actually like to get. With God flesh and the Shoop drops I got to the point were I felt fairly confident that this run was going to end with a win, I kind of wish that I'd get gods flesh more often in runs I rarely see it and its fun to use.
