157I believed for years that the tales from the Pizzaplex books took place in the fnaf games timeline, and I also believed for about a year that the Fazbear Frights Stitchline was also in the games. However, with the new release of fnaf secret of the mimic, I no longer think this is possible. For a lot of people, this changes nothing, but considering I’ve believed for years that the books and games were directly connected, it’s kind of jarring to flip like this. In my first theory video on secret of the mimic, I touched upon certain things that must now be different due to the disconnection between the games and the books, but I felt like that topic deserved its own video because it goes a lot deeper than I originally expected. So in this video, we’ll be discussing exactly that. Knowing now that tales and likely frights are NOT in the games, how exactly can we apply them TO the games? Which events happened, and how are they different in either timeline? In this video, we'll be trying to figure that out.
