The Bounerim (MS-DOS) Playthrough with no sound
1I thought of doing something like this for a while & well, here I am! RSD Game-Maker games have seemingly not been considered for playing through, but I decided to make a playthrough of one of them & I will continue on with more of these.
For possibly all of these, I will be using the save & load commands because I am not that amazing at these games & they can get quite hard at times. In this video, there are like, 5 minutes of me dealing with those annoying toy planes in level 4 for Pete's sake!
That said, other than those enemies, this game is quite nice: I love the goofy & comfy atmosphere it brings in, the controls are nice(7 & 9 are used for diagonal jumping, so it's an acquired feeling), the gameplay was classic platformer fare & the graphics are charming in their Deluxe Paint ways.
Sorry for there being no sound(I'm using my laptop's built in screen recorder, maybe the mic icon could've allowed for sound?). I COULD go through it again, fixing the sound issue but I am NOT going to spend another like 5-10 minutes with those stupid planes, so heck no!
