Quartet is a solid indie JRPG that's going for a classic feel with some modern touches. Clearly inspired by games like Live A Live and Octopath Traveler, you'll start with four separate stories to complete how you wish, then one big story as everyone meets and adventures together. It's got speedy combat with plenty of fun skills to use, deep dungeons with lots of loot, and good puzzles unique to each area that add to the exploration. The characters and writing are well done and invested me in the events, and there are plenty of memorable moments, both funny and terrible. It's a good time, and for 20 bucks, it's easy to recommend.
