The Butchery | Chapter 1 | (Playthrough)
A cutscene plays of the players driving down a road until they see a pig. A stranger then knocks on the driverside window and knocks out the players. When they wake up, they are in an attic where they meet the brothers, Jackson and William. After the cutscene finishes, use the mannequin arm on the floor and insert it in the hole in the wall to open the door. Once you walk out and go down the hall, the pig will come out of the closet and start chasing the players. Place the pegasus statuette (found in the closet) on the dresser with the vase. Place the bird statuette (found next to the TV in the billiard room) on the dresser with the red flowers. Finally, place the cat statuette (found in the bathroom toilet) on the last dresser with the sunflowers. Unlock the beetle door with the beetle key (found in the cabinet in the billiard room).
Once you go downstairs, grab the handgun from the desk and any ammo you see. Go into the kitchen and look at the note on the fridge. In the laundry room, grab the box cutter and open the box to get the clock hand. Go back to the grandfather clock and maneuver the clock hands to set the time to 2:35. You'll get a key. Unlock the door on the right of the laundry room and a cutscene will play where you meet the Survivor. Continue forward past the garden and grab the Spider key. Be careful to avoid the cow mutants or shoot them dead. Go back through the Spider door. Find the Jack in the Box and shoot it 5 times successfully to open the box and get the Workshop Key. Unlock the workshop door. Start the hourglass timer and run through the bookshelf passage. (note that in multiplayer you can choose to skip the Jack in the Box puzzle if you want, one player can stand at the timer and the other player waits for the bookshelves to open). If you find that only one player can get through the bookshelf in time (multiple players), the player that is standing by the hourglass should flip the hourglass and then eat two chicken noodle soups while running towards the book shelf.
