The Callisto Protocol - RTX 3070 Ti | Update 1 | First Run | Performance test
The Callisto Protocol - RTX 3070 Ti 8GB | Ryzen 9 5900X | 1440p | Update 1 | First Run | Performance test | Fps test | Detailed Benchmark | Gameplay
The first update has recently been released (not to be confused with the Day-1 patch). And I decided to record the first 30+ minutes showing how the game works when you first launch the game. To do this, I completely uninstalled the game, cleared all the config files associated with the game, completely removed the Nvidia drivers, reinstalled the drivers using a clean install, and reinstalled The Callisto Protocol.
Has it gotten better since the last update? I had a lag fiesta in the first minutes of the game on the release version. Now the game works better in the first minutes.
However, The Callisto Protocol still has many performance issues:
(Note: gameplay starts at 16:00. Before that, there are mostly cutscenes and they may contain spoilers)
1) Stutters and friezes. There are plenty of them throughout the video. But in my opinion, statters have become a little less than before the update.
2) 20 fps gaming: 21:26 and 25:34
P.S: I used the DX 12 version because fps can drop a lot due to poor CPU utilization in some scenes when using DX 11. And DX 11 also has stutter problems like DX 12 version.
